Skill Tooltips

Created new tool to generate skill descriptions on the client with accurate effects. Skill tooltips are now synchronized between client and server.

Aggression

The Aggression skill tooltip now displays Lock Duration - showing how long the target is forced to attack you.

Previously, the skill description only showed Monster Aggression (Power). Now it shows:

• Monster Aggression (Power): How strong the hate effect is
• Lock Duration: How many seconds the target cannot switch targets

Poison Recovery

Tooltip now shows the maximum poison level that can be cured at each skill level.

All Skills

Major pass on skill tooltips to show accurate values:

• Percentages now display correctly (no more missing % symbols)
• Effect values are pulled directly from skill data
• Removed duration displays (the client already shows duration separately)
